S-7x support has been available for about 8-9 years now.

The Roland version is only $80, and worth every penny. This is a great tool if you need to move samples from other formats to Roland readable samples as it applies/preserves the pre-emphasis that Roland uses in 5xx and 7xx sample formats.

I just picked up a S-50 (got it for a steal, and wanted to use the drive in
that (it works great btw) to convert some of my floppy's over for use on the
S-550.
Thoughts?
