The new mail mailing list software, mailman, which I moved the list to a couple of weeks back, allows all sorts of options. Go here: | For subscribe/unsubscribe: http://www.sgroup.ca/mailman/listinfo/sgroup and scroll down to the bottom, and enter your email address beside the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button, and click. Once you enter your password (and it will send you your password if need be), one of your choices is "Set Digest Mode". (I just did the equivalent for you.) Cheers! John
