The Roland mouse for the S330/S550 was *NOT* a normal mouse at all.
I have an S550 and burnt out a circuit board many years ago when I plugged in a standard
Microsoft mouse.
Though the plug looks the same, the pin config is different. Do NOT plug any non-Roland
mouse into your sampler.
