Yes. It's called <SAM_2_tone>
It was part of the set of SMac apps I downloaded years ago. (It's
over 13 years old!!!)
It converts to AIFF, SDI, SDII, Apple .snd and even WAV
I remember that there were problems with the sampling rate being
lower than most apps like, but this is easily fixed in Logic etc.
