I the Zip go to sleep I use HD restart in Drive->Setup->Com-> HD restart
You cant do SCSI check in Drive->Setup->Com-> SCSI Check
The S550 (I/F) is on ID 7
I think these are all hidden from me, since the S550 can't even communicate with the
drives.
I haven't find a cd-rom drive that work but they
are recognize during the boot.
We have plenty here, but I think the main problem is the SCSI interface maybe funky in
some way.

I have try some transfers, the S550 see the files but the sound is distorted.
Are you trying to convert S550 stuff into other formats? It should work. If not, send the
S550 files in question.
I don't think you cant see the setup detail
without a video monitor.
