[sgroup] convert s330/550 floppies?

I have a stack of Roland s330 floppies I want to save on a hard drive. I could load them into the sampler on by one, save to a zip disk, and then convert using CDxtract to something like Akai format. This works, but the problem is that this is too slow for the amount of disks I have. Anyone have a better way?
