Aha, I should have looked at the preferences. It's currently set for
150ms. Thank you!
I've assumed that 20ms was a minimum, but I will probably try to
adjust it downward and see if that helps any.
I am definitely setting things up for no handshake, so that shouldn't
be the issue.

In Sysex Librarian, you can set the "Pause between played messages"
(Preferences/General).
You probably know this already, there are two ways of Roland Sysex communication: One Way
and Handshake. I don't think Sysex Librarian supports Handshake.
