There was a recent eBay auction where a guy was selling
a USB to
Serial mouse converter with his S-550. He also claimed it would work
on an S-760.
Except that plugging in a serial mouse was what fried my S550 mouse
port in the first place. The S550 plug looks like a normal serial
port but apparently the connections are different.
Buyer beware.....
