I loved that on the S-550, why didn't Roland carry it over?
That could save a lot of memory!
And do lots of funky things with different start, end and loop points from
the
same sample. Especially when combined in stereo!
also I have another query
do stereo samples take up 2 voices of the 24 note poly?

not really.
you can use the same samples in multiple patches but the start times will
be the same.
