I agree with Colin, industry-standard is "reply to the list". I never
use Reply-To-All for any reason in any other situation. A list is a
single entity that just happens to comprise of multiple people. It's
the list's responsibility to disseminate things, not the original client.
A list should encourage posting back to the list, not to the individual person.
