I don't know if yours is an S-10 or what, but those might give some
clues about where you might try to find similar info for other related
keyboards.

Most likely the belt is goo.
I repaired an S-10 QD last summer with one of these: FBS9.0 Flat Belt,
Small 9.0 Inch from AVCR Electronics.

You'll want to google for some instructions/videos on taking the drive
apart, it's not terribly hard, but needs care to put things back in
the right places/order.
