It converts the two digital outs on the S-760 into four more audio outs:

So how did I do? Is $65 plus shipping a decent price for this unit?

i guess that's a decent price for an 'original accessory' but don't
forget
you can also use ANY d/a converter with spdif to convert the outputs to
analog :\
anyone see the RT-100 remote on ebay? i'm thinking of bidding, but i'm
calling dibs on the s550 that's in minneapolis! my s760 needs a lil brother
