I have a bunch of floppies of various libraries I'd like to send to
someone for shipping costs.

There was an archive of s50 disks on the sgroup server. I'm sure John will
probably have the correct details, but it is probably accessed via
sgroup.ca
You might have difficulty getting the diskettes which I think for the S-50
have to be DS/DD (I could be wrong). You'll need something to reconstitute
the archive files to a floppy. sdisk used to be the standard way but that
hasn't been updated since the early 1990's and only runs on MSDOS. There
are alternative methods using linux or a mac though.
If you can't find any suitable diskettes, ping me on the emaill below. I'm
in South Co Dublin and I'm sure I have a stash somewhere that I could dig
out. I never had an S-50 but I have an S750 and S770 and I they
could definitely read and possibly write S-50/550 disks.
Regards,
Nic.
